Wine sauce |

Ingredients
3 tbs |
sunflower oil |
|
1 small |
onion, finely chopped |
|
30-40 g |
flour |
|
500 ml |
vegetable stock |
|
|
juniper berries |
|
|
salt |
|
|
pepper |
|
|
leaves of laurel |
|
40 g |
Raisins |
|
30 g |
almonds, roughly chopped |
|
125 ml |
red wine |
|
|
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pot.
Fry the onion until just soft.
Add the flour and stir well.
Fry about 1 minute.
Add the stock and spices and bring to the boil, while stirring well.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce through a sieve.
Add raisins, almonds and wine and reheat gently without cookin
