Ingredients

Half dozen ripe tomatoes,diced or one large can diced tomatoes |

Preparation
Diced very fine:
- 2 large stalks celery
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 half each of yellow, green bell pepper
- 3 or four cloves of garlic
- Black pepper, cayenne, dried chili peppers to taste.
