American "Cheese" |

dissolve 1/3 cup Emis veg gelatin into 2 1/4 cups boiled water
Combine & liquify in processor:

1 cup |
raw cashews(first powder them in a coffee grinder or processor) |

4 oz |
pimentos (forcolor--can substitute a carrot if you prefer) |
|
3 tbs |
nutritional yeastflakes |
|
2 tbs |
lemon juice |
|
2 tsp |
onion oronion powder |
|
1 tsp |
salt |
|
2 tsp |
paprika |
|
|
galic or garlic powderto taste |
|
|
Preparation
Lightly oil a round or square container to put it in (makes it easier to get out later) & refrigerate.
To use for grating, freeze it. It will also melt very well if heated.
for JACK "Cheese" variation:
simply omit pimento (or carrot), & double the lemon, yeast & garlic
