Almost Instant Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbs Raisins
dash of cinnamon
3/4 cup boiling water

Preparation
Combine the oatmeal, applesauce, raisins, and cinnamon in a small covered bowl.

Set aside overnight.

In the morning, add the boiling water, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, and then eat.

You can assemble this in the morning, but if you have no morning time, it's quicker to get it ready the night before.

Serves 1
